Four Corners is a collaboration between the four Boards of REALTORS in the Tahoe area.  

We have banded together to advance the common issues that impact our profession and our clients in the Tahoe Basin.

Most recently, in the fall of 2008, we began organizing to address the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency's (TRPA) proposal to to require BMP Certificates of Completion upon Point-of-Sale of all real estate transactions.  While we absolutely support positive environmental policies in the Basin, we cannot stand for programs that are not only ineffective, but also threaten restraint of trade in an already tough market.  This issue continues to be ongoing as TRPA leadership is in transition and the Regional Plan Update is in process.  You can guarantee we will be there when this policy comes back to the table for deliberation.
