From time-to-time The Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS® offers opportunities for career enhancement training.

You may now pay for GRI classes online using the SMAR Online Store. All transactions are secured by VeriSign. Just click the module or series number in the chart below to use the store for your payment option. Visa or Master Card are accepted.


In order to complete your registration (even if you've paid using the online store) please click the appropriate link at the end of this paragraph to download and print a copy of the registration form. The completed form must be faxed or mailed to SMAR: GRI 100 | GRI 200 | GRI 300 | GRI 400 (Note: Usually, only 2 GRI series are offered each year. The series not offered will not contain links to download registration forms).

Please note that the exact date for individual classes in the series is not totally under SMAR's control and depends on the availability of the instructors. People seeking to attend individual modules are encouraged to contact Hannah Sanders at SMAR, (301)-870-2323 ext. 12.

GRI 400 Series: n/a, n/a, n/a, n/a, & n/a, 2008  8:30 am - 4:30 pm
GRI 400 is not offered in 2009

Tuition: $355.00 for the entire series or $90.00 per individual module
