Please verify the date and time of a class before you come. Our Refund policy is very clear. The attendance policy is also clear. Our calendar changes or is corrected from time-to-time, and old printouts can cause confusion. If there is any confusion concerning the schedule, please contact Hannah at 301-870-2323 ext 12 or send us an email.

A note to our members: The online class registration process may be handled by email or via our secured ecommerce link using the REALTOR Store.  When you register for a class by email, the request is sent to the SMAR staff.  Hannah Sanders is the primary SMAR staff member who has access to these emails. You may include your credit card information in the email to streamline the process, however, be aware that the information sent across the web is not secured when using this method. You should call and coordinate with Hannah to ensure the fax arrives as expected.

If you choose the e-commerce method, you will be sent to our store. Credit card payments can be made through the store across a connection secured by Paypal/VeriSign. This process will ask you to create an account with the store. The account allows your billing information and purchases to be kept on hand as a convenience for future transactions and to allow you to track your own transactions. SMAR will not share the information with any other parties and will only use the information to complete your requested transaction. Your credit card number is not viewable by any SMAR staff members at any time when using the online store. Note: non-members should pay particular attention to the store instructions, as additional fees apply and must be collected in the form of "shipping costs.
