C. EDWARD MIDDLEBROOKS, Councilman, Second District. He was a member of the Maryland Senate from 1994 -1998; the Joint Committee on Administrative, Executive and Legislative Review, the Joint Committee of Investigation, and the Article 27 Revision Committee in 1995; the Anne Arundel County Council, 2nd District from 1990-1994; and the State Central Committee from 1982-1990. After graduation from Glen Burnie High School, he received a B.A. from the University of Baltimore and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1988 and was admitted to the Maryland Bar. He is a practicing attorney in Glen Burnie. Ed resides in Severn with his wife Kathy and their six children. |
