Listen to the experts.  Review the 2008 Forecast.  Then write the 2009 Real Estate Forecast.  Following the keynote presentations local experts in residential real estate, short sales and foreclosure, and the mortgage market will facilitate discussions among participants in three breakout sessions. Each session will hear from the experts, apply their expertise and produce the 2009 forecast for that topic.
