Winston-Salem is poised to adopt new, expensive regulations to control stormwater runoff from both residential and commercial developments that will affect all of us – unless each of us starts participating in the review and adoption process. These ordinances, if adopted, will result in one of the biggest local land use regulation changes to come along in years. As REALTORS®, Home Builders, and individual and corporate citizens who care about our communities, we need to make sure our elected officials make the best decision possible.
We encourage all Winston-Salem members to attend the upcoming W-S Public Works Committee Meeting on February 12, 5:30 PM, W-S City Hall, room 239.
